About Me

I’m Amanda Rose, a NYC & South FL based actor, singer, and dancer. I was raised in CT & NY, where my dogs each took turns playing “Toto” in my frequent at-home “Wizard of Oz” productions. Dorothy Gale was my first ever dream role, and first professional credit.

I have a passion for traveling, photography, special effect makeup, writing music on my guitar, animals (especially my dogs), Chai Tea and learning new hobbies … I’m currently learning how to crochet!

Education

I’m a 2024 Wagner College Musical Theatre and Summa Cum Laude graduate. In 2023, my junior year, I accepted an opportunity to perform with Disney Cruise Line. Still dedicated to my studies, I continued my junior year online, while performing and exploring Europe. After traveling to 17 countries, I returned to Wagner and earned my degree, on time.

Since graduating, I’ve performed with Disney Cruise Line for a second time, toured the US & Canada as a swing with Sesame Street Live, and spread holiday magic as a swing on the Polar Express.
